AMADA KAYTOUR FITTINGS RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS | PLEASE READ EACH POLICY & SIGN THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE POLICIES

1. Final Fittings are at least 1.5 to 2 weeks before the date of your event or an agreed date before your event- Unless you have a rush order if so, the fitting will be within the week before the event or the week of your event date of ____/______/____

2. Final Payment is due when we schedule the second fitting date. A second fitting will not be scheduled until your balance is paid. You will have at least 3 fittings. Unless you have a rush order.

3. Fittings are subject to be rescheduled by AMADA KAYTOUR based on scheduling conflicts, fabric delays, labor intensity, and prom dates. You must come to all your fittings to ensure a wonderful fit. You must come in for all fittings they are done In-house only, with no house calls.

4. If you do not cancel your appointments before the scheduled time, there will be a fee of $35 to reschedule for no-shows. Please cancel and reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

5. No one else can attend the fitting except bridal (2) or clients under 18/with 1 guardian.

6. Depending on the style and labor intensity of your garment it may not be 100% complete during the first or second fitting. For example, some trains are not added until we fit the rest of the dress.

7. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR DRESS THAT WERE NOT DISCUSSED AT THE TIME OF

THE CONSULTATION WITHOUT THE DESIGNER’S APPROVAL AND ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE DUE ON THE DAY OF CHANGES.

8. IF WE DECIDE TO MAKE CHANGES AT THE DESIGNER’S DISCRETION YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $150 PER HOUR UP TO 2 HOURS AND $75 EVERY ADDITIONAL HOUR TO MAKE THE ADJUSTMENTS, THE CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES

INCLUDING FABRICS AND EMBELLISHMENTS YOU WANT TO CHANGE OUT AND YOU WILL BE FORFEITING THE SUPPLIES PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT FOR THE GARMENT THEY ARE NON- RETURNABLE. (These changes will only include fabric type, color, or embellishments and minor changes. Not a completely different dress)

9. IF CHANGES ARE APPROVED BY THE DESIGNER, YOUR PRODUCTION TIME WILL RESTART THE 8 TO 12 WEEKS REQUIRED TO MAKE A CUSTOM DRESS AND YOUR COMPLETION DATE WILL CHANGE.

10.Revised garment: If your event timeline does not allow the full 8 to 12 weeks needed to finish

production of the revised garment the designer must approve a rush order if possible to fit it in AMADA KAYTOUR FITTINGS RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CUSTOM DESIGNS and a $300 rush fee will be added to your order and is due by your final fitting or changes will be declined and the original dress will be made.

11. If you decide you don’t want the original garment for any reason. I can finish the garment and

you can keep it or sell it yourself or you can forfeit the money paid and the garment to Amada Kaytour Fashion House. There is no trade offs or returns.

12. You can order a completely different dress with a new deposit and contract. The consultation

fee will be waived. No money will transfer over.

13.Dresses that have heavy embellishments will take longer to complete due to the handwork

required and the labor intensity you may be needed to come in for an additional fitting to get the hand sewing done on you, this requires you to stand with the dress on.

14. You are required to wear proper garments including Spanx, thong underwear, etc. I will recommend what will work best. But whatever you decide to go with your garment will be made to fit those measurements. I am not responsible for how your dress fits with different garments on than what your wore during your fittings so bring them with you and I will not make alterations to the dress because you changed undergarments after the first fitting . No alterations will be made after the garment is released to you.

15. Please do not wear makeup when you come to your fitting. If your garment is stained or soiled you will be accessed a cleaning fee or you will have to take care of the cleaning.

16. If you gain weight or lose weight more than 10lbs or 2 inches after production has started,

there will be an alteration fee added to your dress from $100 to $300 depending on the alterations needed.

17. No bags, purses, or cellular devices are allowed in the dressing room. There is a designated

area for your belongings.

18.Custodial Parent or Guardian MUST be present at all fittings.

19. IF YOU CAUSE DISRUPTION OR CREATE A HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT ONLINE, OVER THE PHONE, BY TEXTING OR CALLING, DURING A FITTING, PICK UP, OR AT ANY TIME YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED- AND FORFEITED NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. NO GUNS OR WEAPONS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.
