BOOKING CONSULTATION FEES

Will be accepted through my booking site only. Please pay below within 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email that your inquiry has been accepted for an AMADA KAYTOUR gown. Then you can book your consultation time. The $50.00 Booking Consultation Fee (Does Not Go Toward Dress Cost). This fee covers my time for making the patterns, doing your measurements, and fabric pickups. Your appointment is exactly (1 hour) please be on time. Casual Gowns start at $550 and go up based on additions see below. Once the customer’s email is reviewed, the customer will receive an estimate based on The Gown Inquiry Information you provide.

GOWN PAYMENTS

1. 1. Can be paid in full, you will receive a gift with your dress at pickup.

2. 2. Can be broken down into 2 payments. A deposit amount of 60% of the total cost is due at the consultation & 40% final payment is due 2 weeks before pickup.

YOU WILL FORFEIT ALL MONEY AND THE GOWN IF YOU FAIL TO PAY THE FINAL PAYMENT BY THE LAST PAYMENT DATE. The gown will become a sample and the Property of AMADA KAYTOUR By Amanda Watson. NO GOWNS WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT A GARMENT RELEASE FORM AND FULL FINAL PAYMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payment Methods

Gown Payments Will Be Made Via Invoice and contract. (Invoice and contract will be discussed more in an email after booking.)

FITTINGS

Consultation, fittings, and dress pickup dates will be discussed after the booking is confirmed. You must come to all fittings. All my gowns are hand-sewn fitted on you and are couture pieces and fittings are very necessary.

Please know we do not remake exact replicas, as each designer is different. I will do my best in working with you to create your custom look.

ADDITIONS

Rhinestone bodice, rhinestone trim, appliques, sequin bodice or appliques, tulle, beading, and feathers have an additional cost and a hand sewing charges.

SHIPPING

Dresses that need to be shipped have additional shipping costs.

PRODUCTION

Dress production time is 3-5 weeks after fabric delivery. So around 6 to 8 weeks for customs depending on my workload and the type of dress you book. I will keep you updated with a virtual postcard every time your dress changes stages. There is no need to text, call, or email daily on your dress progress. I am working to give everyone the proper attention to make the perfect gown, multiple conversations slow down production. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER PRODUCTION STARTS THIS IS WHEN FABRICS ARE PURCHASED. Most fabrics are non-refundable from my suppliers.

ALL ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, THIS INCLUDES READY-TO-WEAR, AND CUSTOM GOWNS. By booking this consultation you understand the terms and conditions of my business and agree to abide by them. I do my very best to ensure a proper fit and that you are satisfied before you sign the garment release form and take your dress.
